• India acknowledges the comprehensive WIPO toolkit on artists’ resale rights and calls for further deliberations on the considerations for developing a national author’s resale royalty rights, ARRR scheme as highlighted in the toolkit.

•  India welcomes the proposal presented by Delegation of Cote D’ Ivoire during the 44th session for the comprehensive study on rights and remunerations of audiovisual authors for exploitation of their works and request that this study include the rights and remunerations of performers in audiovisual works for the exploitation of their performances.
